Join our virtual walk-a-thon all month long! Starting April 1st, help support Freedom Guide Dogs and our mission of
'Providing another pair of eyes to those who cannot see.' For more than 30 years we have continued to provide guide dogs to those who are blind or visually impaired completely FREE of charge to the recipients. With your support and generous donations you will have a direct impact in changing someone's life.
We encourage our participants to ask friends, family, colleagues and their community to help support their walk-a-thon effots by making a donation towards their campaign.
April 24th is international guide dog day, a day to celebrate the amazing work of guide dogs and raise awareness of the importance of guide dog services to help people who are blind or low vision live life on their terms. Here at Freedom we believe the incredible work that guide dogs do should be recognized more than a day. This is why we are celebrating the entire month of April!

Fundraising Goals:
- $20- Provides a Puppy in Training Vest
- $35- Provides a nylabone, kong and training collar to a guide dog trainee
- $50- Provides an 18lb. bag of dog food to a guide dog in training
- $85- Covers the cost of annual vaccinations for one guide dog graduate
- $150- Provides an official leather guide dog harness for one guide dog graduate
- $500- Covers the cost of a spay/neuter on a guide dog puppy in training
- $2,000- Sponsor a Puppy: Select and name a puppy from an upcoming litter
- $5,000- Support a PAWfect Match: Support the Hometown Training Placement on a newly matched Guide Dog Team
